Welcome to BitKingz. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website, our casino games, our sportsbook and every service we provide at bitkingz.com. By creating an account, you agree to be bound by these terms in full. We recommend that you read this document carefully before you register, deposit or play, as it sets out your rights and obligations, as well as ours, as the operator of this platform.

We hold an e-gaming licence No. 0000002 issued by the Tobique Gaming Commission, and we operate our services in accordance with the conditions of that licence. Dama N.V. and Tronabriz Limited are both named on our platform as processors of Paysafe transactions.

Eligibility and Account Registration

To use BitKingz casino, you must be at least 18 years old, or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher. You may only hold one account with us, and this restriction applies per person, family, address, e-mail address, IP address, phone number, account number, card, e-wallet or device. When you complete your BitKingz login for the first time, you confirm that all information you provide is true, accurate and belongs to you personally. We require full identity verification (KYC) before we release any withdrawal, and this review may take up to 30 working days. If we cannot reach you by phone or e-mail within two weeks of a withdrawal request, we reserve the right to lock your account and cancel the pending withdrawal.

Restricted Territories

We do not accept players from the following countries: Afghanistan, Belarus, the Canadian provinces of New Brunswick and Ontario, Central African Republic, China, Cuba, Cyprus, Democratic Republic of the Congo, Georgia, Haiti, Iran, Iraq, Israel, Libya, Malta, Myanmar, Netherlands, North Korea, Poland, Russia, Somalia, South Sudan, Syria, United Kingdom, United States, Venezuela and Yemen. If you access our platform from a restricted territory, you will not be entitled to any refunds or withdrawals. In Sweden, we allow gameplay, but we do not offer bonuses, promotions, VIP programmes or loyalty point exchanges to Swedish players. The use of a VPN or any other tool to bypass our geo-restrictions is strictly prohibited and may result in the confiscation of your winnings.

Deposits and Withdrawals

We accept deposits from 20 EUR/USD (or currency equivalent) up to a maximum of 4,000 EUR per transaction across all our payment methods, including Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Skrill, Neteller, Interac, Paysafecard, MiFinity, MuchBetter, AstroPay and several others. We also support crypto play in BTC, BCH, ETH, LTC, DOG, USDT, BNB, ADA, TRX and XRP, and our BitKingz crypto casino offers instant, fee-free deposits with no upper limit on cryptocurrency transactions. All deposits must originate from an account held in your own name; we do not accept third-party payments.

Withdrawal requests are processed within 72 hours of approval, though actual payout timing depends on your chosen method and the completion of our verification process. We apply daily, weekly and monthly withdrawal limits of 2,500 EUR, 5,000 EUR and 20,000 EUR respectively, unless a specific promotion states otherwise. Winnings above 20,000 EUR may be paid to you in monthly instalments, though we always pay progressive jackpot wins in full and exempt them from these limits. We reserve the right to pay your withdrawal using a different method than the one you requested, including directly to your bank account, where necessary.

Our Bonus Terms

Our BitKingz welcome package offers up to 5,000 EUR and 500 free spins spread across your first three deposits, each activated with its own BitKingz bonus code. We also run a range of ongoing promotions, including Daily Boosters, our Daily Cashback Hunt and King'z Bonanza offers. Any BitKingz no deposit bonus or BitKingz promo code we issue is subject to a 45x wagering requirement, and we set a maximum bet of 5 EUR/USD while any bonus is active. Only one bonus may be active on your account at a time, and we do not allow deposit bonuses to be combined. Slot games contribute 100% towards wagering; table games, classic slots and video poker contribute 5%; and live dealer games do not contribute at all.

We reserve the right to void any unwagered bonus and its associated winnings at the end of the applicable bonus period. If you play with a bonus we have credited to your account and your balance falls to 0.05 EUR, we will automatically cancel the remaining bonus. Please note that our Welcome Package and no-deposit offers are unavailable to residents of a number of countries, including India, Nigeria, the Philippines, Vietnam and several others; a full list is available on request from our support team. The English version of these terms is the official version and prevails over any translated copy published on our site.
